"Great experience. Louise did a wonderful job with my daughter's senior pictures. When we first met Louise I was nervous. I thought it was going to be boring and I didn’t know if she would spend enough time with us to know what we wanted. Louise is amazing. Before our scheduled session she took time to meet with us to give advice on what to bring and about locations. I never felt rushed or unattended. Very professional and fun. She used software to design my wall arrangement. I gave her a picture of my wall and measurements. Then she arranged all the pictures using the software. This was very helpful because I got to see what my pictures would look like on my wall before deciding what to order.
When my pictures arrived, all I had to do was follow the instructions from the software to hang my pictures (measurements and spacing between pictures was already done by the software).
